District Court Practice

Ms. Tolchin is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California, Northern District of California, Eastern District of California, and Western District of Washington. She has extensively litigated before the District Courts in cases challenging unlawful detention of noncitizens and petitions for writs of mandamus challenging the unreasonable delay of applications for lawful permanent residency, as well as denials of naturalization. Ms. Tolchin has done trainings for other attorneys on District Court practice and in the filing of petitions for writs of mandamus.
